Psychotherapist

Nino Sopromadze

“The greatest hazard of all, losing one’s self, can occur very quietly in the world. As if it was nothing at all. No other loss can occur so quietly. An arm, five dollars, a wife etc is sure to be noticed” -Soren Kierkegaard.

We are not always obvious to ourselves. Losing touch with oneself often happens quietly until life suddenly stops making sense. However, good news is journey through adversity allows for life changing ok transformations and holds keys to profound growth.

Nino is an Existential Psychotherapist who blends the depth of existential philosophy, a wide-ranging knowledge of therapeutic methods with insights from contemporary clinical and psychological research, creating a process that is both evidence-informed and deeply personal, supporting a lasting change. Essentially, it’s not about diagnosing or reducing you to a problem to be solved, but about engaging with your truth and the way you experience life and the world, allowing this exploration to lead us where you need to go.

She works with adults from all walks of life and welcomes whatever they bring into the room. Including but not limited to experiences of anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity shifts, low self-esteem, life transitions and feelings of being “stuck” or disconnected. Confidentiality, respect and compassion are central to her work with everyone she sees.

Additionally, Nino is a sought after specialist for clients in high-pressure, public-facing roles, where discretion can feel particularly sensitive to explore complex personal realities without fear of judgement or exposure.

At the core of her work is collaboration. The approach to you is tailored for you. Therapy with Nino is a space to slow down and understand what is shaping your experience and begin shifting from feeling that life is happening to you towards becoming an active participant in how you want to live it, fostering agency, autonomy and self trust.

In her philosophy, therapy isn’t about being told how to live your life. Instead, it’s about you cultivating the confidence to trust your own decisions and live with a sense of wholeness. Therapy with her is both gently challenging and supportive, a place to work through what feels misaligned while also recognising and celebrating your wins to create conditions for a lasting change.

Nino is currently accepting new clients for both online and in-person therapy sessions.
