We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and securely store personal information necessary for therapy: your name, contact details, and clinical notes. We process your data under legitimate interests to provide psychological care and meet professional regulatory requirements. Clinical records are retained for seven years; financial records for six years.

Everything discussed remains confidential except where there is risk of serious harm or legal/safeguarding requirements. Information is stored securely using password protection and encrypted systems.
